Introduction

By using NivoPDF you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

NivoPDF provides online tools to process PDF files. Features may change over time and may be updated.

  • Upload and processing of PDF files.
  • Download the output after processing.
  • Plans and credits for advanced features.

Account and responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for activities performed under your profile.

  • Keep your credentials confidential.
  • Do not share your account with unauthorized third parties.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

Credits and plans

Some features may require credits or a specific plan. Credit usage depends on the tool and may change with service updates. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used within NivoPDF.

Payments

If you purchase plans or credits, payments are processed via Paddle. Payment and billing details are handled by the payment provider to complete the transaction.

Refund Policy

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date (for subscriptions, within 14 days of the last renewal).
  • To request a refund, use Paddle Order Support at paddle.net or contact us at support@nivopdf.com.
  • Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) using the original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the refund request is received.

Zero Retention of files

NivoPDF applies a Zero Retention policy: uploaded files are not stored beyond the time needed to complete processing.

IMPORTANT:
Files are automatically deleted after processing and in any case within a short maximum time.

Prohibited uses

You must not use NivoPDF for illegal or harmful activities. In particular:

  • Upload illegal content or copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Attempt to compromise security, infrastructure or availability of the service.
  • Use the service for spam or abusive high-volume usage.
  • Attempt to bypass quotas or credit limits.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is”. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NivoPDF is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate an account in case of Terms violations or service abuse, including without notice in severe cases.

Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated. The latest version is always available on the website.
